    Built at 47 Via Gisira, in the beating heart of the ‘area of Catania Arts and Crafts, the long history of the Cinema within the Catania Arcobaleno route is linked for its recreational activities, now considered unconventional.

    Inside the spacious venue used to screen red-light films, and because of this activity it was for a long time the perfect place to search for a potential sexual partner, or simply to meet new people.

    Today, after years of inactivity, the cinema has taken on a new guise, becoming a nightclub for anyone wishing to find entertainment in musical evenings, and becoming a place to connect members of Catania’s LGBTQI+ friendly community.
