Visit to the market and Cooking Class in Ortigia

Accompanied by the Chef you will visit the ancient fish market of Ortigia where you will buy the raw ingredients needed for your cooking class. A walk in the discovery of the secrets of true Sicilian cuisine, in a really particular atmosphere reminiscent of very different times.

In the kitchen the chef will guide you in creating a typical Sicilian menu (appetizer, fresh pasta and a sweet), explaining the plates and describing the techniques of the various recipes. You will conclude the experience with a tasting of all the dishes you have prepared. Of course, not without a quality local wine, that makes everything taste just that bit better.
